Phoned for order at 6pm didn’t get till 7:55pm. Phoned twice to chase it up first time they said it was on its way second time there had been an accident. Food arrived cold and congeeled phoned to complain and person on the phone said you should have phoned earlier and we would have replaced it but it was far too late by them! Everything went in the bin really disappointed and particularly disappointed with the Panda House attitude considering we have been customers for years! Food: 1 Service: 1

Horrible horrible rude and angry staff serving disgusting service at the desk. Shame as the food is okay but the service and atmosphere collecting is enough to scare me and others away
