Absolutely incredible food. Best small plates in Wales? Definitely a solid contender. The in-house made merguez sausages were to die for. Would travel to eat here again. Price per person: £100+

Last night, Zoe and I celebrated our fourth anniversary together at Parallel by Pasture, and what a wonderful evening it was. The food was exceptional, and the service was equally impressive. When we arrived, we found that our pre-booked table had unfortunately been taken. However, the team handled the situation brilliantly, offering us complimentary drinks while we waited. Thankfully, the wait wasn't long at all, and we really appreciated the gesture. A special thank you to our waitress, who told us it was only her third shift. You would never have known it. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality were outstanding and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout the evening. Watching the food being cooked behind the bar added something truly special to the experience. It was fascinating to see the care and skill that goes into every dish, and it made the meal even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Parallel by Pasture for making our anniversary feel so special. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommended.
