I went to Paramount last week and ordered two falafel sandwiches, one cheese manakish, one fattoush, and two pops which cost close to $60 with tip. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment, especially considering the price. We ended up leaving about half of the falafel sandwiches because they simply weren’t good. There was far too much bread and hardly any falafel inside, and the overall taste was lacking. The fattoush was even more disappointing, it was about 75% fried bread with very little salad. For a dish that is supposed to be a salad, this was extremely disappointing. At these prices, I expect much better quality and portions. Charging $60 for this amount of low-quality food feels like a rip-off. I would not order the falafel sandwiches or fattoush from Paramount again. The food used to be good. I wouldn't even consider this place as an option going forward. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Maria, who was employed there, made my experience at Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen in Hamilton excellent. The food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, especially the shawarma and freshly baked bread. Maria was friendly, professional, and very attentive, which made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back.
