My recent visit to Parrillan in King's Cross was highly disappointing, starting with a very poor first impression. We were put off immediately by seeing a chef clean her nose and handle food without washing her hands, and the host at the entrance seemed lost. Once inside, there was a complete lack of greeting from the staff, which is unacceptable for an establishment with an open kitchen and open bar.While the English waiter was pleasant, the service was inconsistent overall, and we felt it was overpriced. On the positive side, the outdoor space and the canal views are lovely, but unfortunately, that couldn't make up the experience though.

We had a wonderful dining experience. The food were excellent , full of flavor and some of the best we’ve had. All the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to Akhil for the outstanding service. He was friendly, attentive and professional throughout our visit. He regularly checked that everything was okay, made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and excellent hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable.
