I recently visited Particella 107 after a chain of glowing recommendations, a friend suggested it based on their own friend's rave reviews, and I am so glad I listened! From start to finish, the experience was an absolute delight. For my starter, I went with the Fritturina di pesce. I was craving something similar to calamari, and this exceeded every expectation. I had never seen a dish prepared quite like this before, where the whole prawn was perfectly coated and fried. It was so light and delicious that I honestly could have eaten a second portion right then and there. The excellence continued with my main course: Pappardelle al ragu Toscano. I enjoyed every single element of this dish; the texture of the pasta was spot on, and the sauce was incredibly rich and savory. The depth of flavor in the meat was truly impressive, making every bite feel like a treat. Even though I don't usually go for sweets, I decided to treat myself to the Cassatina Siciliana for dessert. It was the perfect decision—refreshing, sweet, and the ideal way to round off such a fantastic dinner. If you're looking for authentic flavors and a wonderful atmosphere, this is the place!
