We've ordered from here several times and always enjoyed the food. We placed an order tonight and quickly realised that two pizzas were missing. I called and barely even managed to say that there were items missing when the owner said she knew items hadn't been delivered, apologised straight away and personally brought the pizzas out, hot and fresh, within minutes - couldn't apologise enough. I was absolutely fine with it, mistakes happen but they went above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough for delicious food, at very reasonable prices and absolutely first class service!! We were always going to order again, the service tonight just confirms why!! 10/10!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pizzas were delicious and piping hot as well as the fries, we've had deliveries from within Kilmarnock that haven't been as hot as our order from Patos. Order came quicker than the estimated time. Would definitely order from here again.
