What a wonderful brunch at Pears Restaurant! The Chicken and Waffles was great! Truffle Labneh was delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was outstanding especially Kezang who was so attentive and friendly! Will definitely be back, next time for dinner! Terrible and unprofessional service. I ordered five appetizer plus two mocktails. One item, purple yam fries, never arrived. I asked another staff member to check my order, and he confirmed the fries were never submitted by my server. I accidentally overheard the conversation between employees. Instead of admitting he forgot to place my order, my original server lied and claimed I “never asked for the fries”, shifting all blame to cover his mistake. It is unacceptable that staff refuse to take responsibility for their own error and fabricate excuses behind customers’ backs. Thank for my server Alberto. I will not return and Don’t recommend this restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
