Beef in black bean sauce was rubbery & cold Salt and pepper chips were soggy & cold Quarter of duck was ok. Cold but ok. Complimentary prawn crackers didn’t compliment any of the meal, super greasy As well as waiting over an hour for our order to be cancelled, refunded and told to order again by the restaurant Probably definitely never going back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2

NEVER GONNA ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!! Ordered some food, but when it was delivered to a hotel's reception the driver gave food to another person??? The driver never checked the order number or asked that other person for their name/email or confirmation. The other person walked off but eventually brought food back, but he already opened everything and tried some of food and then realised it was not his order. When we called to the restaurant, the owner and the driver were very rude and were not trying to resolve the issue at all. It was their fault entirely for not checking the order number or email or anything or at least attaching the order list to the bag, but as food was already opened /compromised, the restaurant didn't want to re-do the order or refund us. It's very bad. We are obviously in loss and gonna claim it through the cimpany/court. And it will be also reported back to Food Standards Agency!!!! It's very bad business!!
