ordered food and asked the lady on the phone for no prawn toast in our salt and pepper box as i have a severe allergy. the food came with the prawn toast in, so we rang the shop to explain and all she done was shout and give us abuse down the phone! - a welsh lady by the way. extremely rude! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was not the delicious meal I normally get from new peking express, ribs like rubber, lemon chicken inedible due to being so sour it made my eyes water, chips hard dry and tasteless, the other meal was nothing to shout about either. I usually telephone the order but decided to order on the website. I'm now wondering if the takeaway was so busy they passed my order to some other place as this was the worst meal I've ever had from peking express.
