DO NOT ORDER!! I recently ordered from this branch of Pepe's as it was local to me and I shouldn't have bothered. Chicken burger and chips was mediocre at best and I suffered awful stomach pains and food poisoning the following 2 days. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Placed a click-and-collect order worth £86. At collection I explicitly asked, “Is this everything?” and was told yes. When I got home, I received multiple missed calls saying they had forgotten the chips and then tried to claim I had left items behind. The staff member on the phone was pushy, refused to accept responsibility, and would not deliver the missing items despite it being their mistake. I was pressured to return to the store, only to find it closed with no answer on the phone. Offered a 10% refund for their error and the wasted time, which is completely inadequate. Poor customer service, no accountability, and very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
