Rating: 0/5 stars Terrible experience – avoid at all costs! We ordered from Pepe's Blackburn via Uber Eats, and it took a ridiculous 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive. When the food finally got here, the quality was awful; the beef burgers tasted cheap and heavily processed. To make matters worse, they completely missed the kids' chicken nuggets from the order. When I called the restaurant to get the missing food sorted, they lazily told me I would have to come and collect it myself. Absolute joke. The entire reason I paid for Uber Eats was to have the food delivered! Appalling customer service and terrible food. Never ordering from here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Recommended dishes: Chicken XL, Burger

If your enquiry or feedback is about an order from Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats, or any of our third-party ordering apps, then the store will not be able to help you and you must contact the Customer Service department of the App you placed your order with who will be best placed to help you with any questions relating to third party deliveries. We always recommend ordering on our Pepe's App, along with the 10% first order discount, you can get delivery from the store or choose what time you wish to collect. We prioritise delivering the food hot and fresh unlike third party delivery apps who stack orders.

I ordered a click and collect online, i was asked to select a time for pick up. I chose 8.15pm which meant it gave the store almost 30mins to prepare the order. When I arrived they told me that it would take a further 25 minutes as a minimum. They were apologetic and offered to change my regular fries to a large which in my opinion was an insult, given I'd placed a huge order. I asked why they didn't call to let me know so I wouldn't have been waiting around, to which they had no explanation. In my opinion it's called lack of customer care! I waited an extra 35 mins before my order was ready. I use pepes often, primarily in Bolton and I never have any issues. I'd suggest avoiding Blackburn like the plague!!! The review is for mainly for the delivery driver he’s always so nice and polite . He drives motorcycle with a learner plate on the front of it ,sweetest driver I’ve ever come across I hope to see him again next time I order oh and the food is good too :) Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
