I ordered food through uber and the delivery was directly from the restaurant. I couldn't track the time or where is my food. Yes, I agree that there was estimated time. However, it was also mentioned that my food is being prepared. So obviously I am not expecting my food to be here at the door when it shows that its still being prepared. I am waiting for food but just not at the door and I am in a carehome right now. Driver comes with the food no call no messages no notification that the food has arrived. He was yelling and shouting and he was repeatedly doing it. So my colleagues heard him shouting and went to collect food. Atleast he could have given a call to let me know that he is here. If he had done that I would have been there within a minute as I was waiting for food and was hungry. I dont understand why he had to shout and horn loudly in front of a carehome where elderly people stay. Its not only me or my colleague there are many residents here who are poorly and struggle to sleep at night. Its very sad to see him doing it. I could understand if he had given me a call and I don't pick the call he could get frustrated I mean anybody would. But that was not the case i was completely unaware that the food was here and it still showed that it was being prepared. He could have just stepped in ring the bell or could have kept it near the door and may be text me but he decided to shout and horn loudly that too in front of a carehome. He ruined my appetite i dont want to eat it anymore and I feel sorry for the residents here and ashamed in front of my colleagues. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

If your enquiry or feedback is about an order from Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats, or any of our third-party ordering apps, then the store will not be able to help you and you must contact the Customer Service department of the App you placed your order with who will be best placed to help you with any questions relating to third party deliveries. We always recommend ordering on our Pepe's App, along with the 10% first order discount, you can get delivery from the store or choose what time you wish to collect. We prioritise delivering the food hot and fresh unlike third party delivery apps who stack orders.

Went to get a bite to eat for my Pregnant wife. chose this over kfc next door as wasnt sure if they served halal chicken. first trimester sickness is already difficult to deal with. imagine how put off my wife was with the blatantly refried chips. Had an amazing experience at Pepe's Piri Piri! The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked chicken with just the right amount of spice and flavour. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. A special shoutout to manager Saeed, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and to Samir for his friendly and attentive service. They truly made the visit memorable! The staff overall were super welcoming, service was quick, and the place was clean and well-maintained. If you’re in Lichfield and craving great grilled food, this is definitely the spot to visit. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20
