The food at this chippy was greasy and stingy portion. It was the first time trying their food The fish bites had the skin on them and the batter was soft and not crispy. Chips were fresh but hard on some areas as if they were stale and chewy. The portion was small for a regular size. I planned on having 2 children sharing but definitely wasn’t enough. The oil definitely needed changing! The fish burger had skin on the fish, that put me off! The tartar sauce was nice but spread on very thin. The burger bun was crumbly. No paper menu, the boards weren’t clear. I was assured that I’d be back here again. I’ll tell you I won’t! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Excellent food the young lady that served me was very polite and prepared my order to perfection. I explained I had to get to caddington and needed the food to be hot when I got there. When the food was unpacked it was pipping hot and we all enjoyed our chippy tea. I would recommend Pepes Fish Bar to anyone who asked for a good takeaway. I would definitely be returning in the future. Thanks Pepe's Fish Bar
