My friend and I went to the wonderland tea and it did not disappoint!!! The scones were amazing, so many tea options to choose from and everything was very well thought out!! We can’t wait to come back to try more themed teas!!!! The service was great too and everyone was really friendly!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Persona delivers a stylish atmosphere, excellent service, and a strong start to the meal, but the kitchen still has some room to grow. From the moment you walk in, Persona makes a great first impression. The restaurant has a vibrant, modern atmosphere that’s equally suited for date night, dinner with friends, or a business meal. The space is beautifully designed, energetic without being overwhelming, and the service throughout our evening was friendly, attentive, and professional. The meal started on a high note. The appetizers were creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. They set the expectation that we were in for something special. Unfortunately, the momentum slowed after that. We waited approximately 45 minutes after finishing our appetizers before our main courses arrived. While the staff remained courteous and apologetic, that’s a significant wait, particularly when the restaurant wasn’t at a level where such a delay felt unavoidable. When the entrées finally arrived, they were good, but they didn’t quite justify the wait. The presentation lacked some of the creativity and refinement shown in the appetizers, and the flavors, while enjoyable, never reached the same level. It felt as though the kitchen shines brightest with its small plates and is still refining the execution of the main courses. That said, Persona has a lot going for it. The atmosphere is excellent, the staff clearly cares about the guest experience, and the restaurant has a great energy that makes it an enjoyable place to spend an evening. Would I go back? Absolutely. But would I be rushing to make another reservation? Probably not just yet. With a little more consistency from the kitchen and improved timing between courses, Persona has all the ingredients to become one of Hamilton’s standout dining destinations. For now, it’s a solid four-star experience that’s well worth trying, and one I’ll happily revisit in the future. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The entire experience was absolutely amazing, not just because of the food, but because of the people and the heart behind the restaurant. Michael and Paola, along with every single staff member, made us feel genuinely welcomed. The owners were incredibly personable and took the time to come to our table, share their story, and connect with us in such a warm and authentic way. You can truly feel the passion and love they have poured into this place. We deeply appreciated the beautiful sense of culture, family, and tradition that filled the space. It felt familiar, comforting, and genuine, like being welcomed into someone’s home. Their kindness and sincerity truly warmed our hearts. The decor is beautiful — elegant and inviting — creating a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to linger and enjoy every moment. The location is perfect, and the restaurant itself is spotless.
