food: chips came stale as if they had been reheated after been left out, chicken was definitely store bought, wrap was hard and also stale, jacket potato was hard seems asif it was still defrosting, pepsi came warm like it was sat in sun, milkshake had layers, it had all separated from the milk and ‘biscoff’ and came all melted to the point it could pass as just milk. and yet after complaining to the company about 3 times they are refusing us a refund and telling us to contact the courier as it’s apparently their fault the food was horrible service: as mentioned before it was dreadful, tried blaiming courier. and the service all together was shocking, it came about an hour late to top it off atmosphere: never entered , wouldn’t wanna. definitely need an EHO on their case.
