Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the steak, but I’m very sorry that the rest of your visit fell short. Missing a starter, needing to be reminded, and then presenting an incorrect bill is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. I’m also disappointed to hear that the dessert didn’t meet expectations. While I’m pleased the team corrected the starter on the bill, we should have delivered a smooth and attentive experience from the outset. Your comments have been shared with the team so we can address these issues, particularly around attention to detail and final checks before bills are presented.
