Sorry we are regulars to Pho Exeter and didn't have a good experience at all today. Food was okay, service was poor apart from the young lady who told us about her psychology course who was very pleasant. I would type the reasons but I suspect whoever reads it will be about as interested as the new manager was when I spoke to him. Portion sizes getting smaller too- manager put the bad experience down to being busy and told me we should have come at a different time (lunch at lunchtime). I hope this was a one off as we have always loved Pho and if it keeps going down hill I dont think he will have to worry! So so disappointed and not sure we will be back. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30

Amazing food and comfortable, friendly service. Really recommend if you’re looking for new cuisine to try. Our server chelsy was really helpful with picking sides and veg.
