From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. Ella’s handling of the front of house was outstanding, it was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that immediately made us feel valued as guests. The ambience of the restaurant was beautiful, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, making it an ideal setting for a memorable dining experience. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the spicy chicken curry. It was exquisitely prepared, with a wonderful depth of flavour and just the right level of spice. The subtle hint of coconut added a refreshing and delicate sweetness that complemented the richness of the curry perfectly, elevating the dish beyond the ordinary. Every element felt carefully considered, right down to the garnish, which added both visual appeal and an extra layer of flavour to the presentation. Overall, the food was absolutely outstanding. The quality of the ingredients, attention to detail, and skill in preparation were evident in every bite. Kudos to the chef. Combined with the excellent service and inviting atmosphere, it made for a truly fantastic dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning again soon. I’ve visited Pho around 4–5 times this month across both the Cheshire and Liverpool locations, and the food has been consistently amazing. The flavours, freshness, and portion sizes always make it a satisfying meal. A special thank you to Donna and Camelia for their great customer service. I had pre‑booked a table but didn’t receive a confirmation, which shows how busy the restaurant must have been. Even then, the team handled it really well. West managed to get us a table as soon as we arrived at the booking time, and Donna arranged everything smoothly based on availability. Overall, another lovely experience at Pho — great food, friendly staff, and reliable service across both branches. This feedback is based entirely on my personal experience, with no personal or financial interest in the venue, and no conflict of interest. Faces are covered for security and privacy reasons.
