The food itself was genuinely good, which made what we saw at checkout even more disappointing. While paying, my husband and I noticed cockroaches on the back counter, crawling over open food jars and across the countertop in plain view. Two staff members were standing right there and either didn't notice or didn't think it was worth addressing, even with customers watching. It left us with a really uneasy feeling about the kitchen's cleanliness, and unfortunately it's enough that we won't be back. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered their Rare Beef Noodle Soup for takeout, and it was such a letdown. The ingredients felt very soggy, specially the noodles, and the beef was cooked. The veggies weren’t fresh, most of the leaves were mush and brownish. The soup was also poorly packed. Overall I wouldn’t recommend for takeout. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

Me and my partner were always here thrice a week since we just live nearby. I must say that the flavour of the food is very consistent. I would also like to acknowledge that their staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend that after you do some groceries at sunny supermarket, you must head at the back of the plaza to try their food and reward yourself Food we ate: 101 Pho Noodles Small Size Fried Tofu and Squid Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
