Nice little pleace, very kind and understaning stuff... im suffering with high blood sugar level I asked behind the bar for some lime to bring my sugar level down she was so helpfull! Cutted fresh lime and insisted to stay by the bar until i felt better. Price are cheaper then in most places in Eastbourne. I would like to say a massive thank you to Tasha for outstanding customer service. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The Phoenix is a "locals venue" but don't let detract from the fact that owners, staff and friendly locals are so welcoming to everyone. It's very family friendly. The place is very well maintained with decor and amenities..the cosy beer garden is a great place for a few quiet moments (and to tell the Mrs that I'll be late). Truly though, the main reason that this place is successful is down to the owners: they are totally inclusive Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great pub where you can watch sports and have a pint, but still has a family style atmosphere - go there and you will be looked after. Great place to play darts and pool too and good choices on draught! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
