Love it here! Me and my daughter have been really enjoying coming here for our tea weekly for the last few weeks, and I cannot fault anything at all. All of the staff are really friendly and welcoming, and it just has a nice, warm atmosphere. The food is lovely, I’ve tried a few different things off the menu and every single thing has been delicious! Great portion sizes too. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

So today my Mum and some friends went to the George & Dragon for her birthday lunch. She had rang in the week to book a table, so they were aware they were going. But they still had no food, no tea or coffee, and the little choice of food they had took 45mins to arrive. This was after waiting nearly 2hrs as they were having a managers meeting or something. Disgusting. Doubt they’ll last 5minutes if that’s how they treat customers. They waited 2hrs in total for there not so great food. And they had the gall to charge them full price. all except my cousin who’s pie was out of date, so they ended up giving her money back. They chose there as it’s hard for them all to get about these days, so that was central for them all. Such a shame, it was spoilt. ????????????
