I ordered the shish kebab meal, but apparently Pavora's definition of a "meal" is three tiny, dry pieces of barely seasoned chicken and some chips. No salad. No pitta. No sauce. Calling it a kebab is like calling a slice of bread a sandwich. The Dynamite Prawns deserve a special mention. More like "Damp Squib Prawns." The only explosion was the sound of my expectations blowing up. The prawns had the texture of pencil erasers, and the batter had been drowned in so much sickly sweet sauce it was like someone had emptied a bottle of syrup over them. If these are meant to be Dynamite, someone forgot to light the fuse. Ironically, the only good thing was the chips. Imagine paying for a kebab meal and the best part is what every chip shop in the country can manage. Then there was the delivery. The driver marked the order as delivered when it wasn't. I called customer service and was told someone would ring me back. I'm still waiting. Maybe they're delivering the callback with my missing chicken, salad, pitta and sauce. In the end, I gave up and ordered McDonald's, and somehow that ended up feeling like fine dining. Absolutely shocking food, terrible service, and zero customer care. I won't be ordering again, and I wouldn't recommend Pavora unless your idea of a great night is paying restaurant prices for disappointment. Loved it ! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The grilled dishes were perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous for the price. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service from start to finish. The menu offers a great variety of Mediterranean options, and everything I tried was delicious and well-seasoned. The takeaway was prepared quickly and packaged carefully, ensuring the food arrived hot and fresh. It’s clear that they take pride in both their food and customer service.
