Hi Malex, thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Waiting to be acknowledged, followed by a delay caused by your order not being processed correctly, is understandably frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We’re also disappointed to hear that the wrap was not up to standard when you got it home. We take comments regarding both food quality and customer service seriously, and your feedback will be discussed with the team so we can address these issues and improve.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the honest feedback and are sorry that we let you down on this occasion.
