It's time to relax and order perfectly cooked fish & chips, fish and garlic pizza. At this pizzeria, you can get a takeaway. The staff is accommodating that's what makes Pizza Doctor so nice. Many visitors find that the service is decent. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, prices are attractive. This place with the comfortable atmosphere can be a place to start your journey at. But guests rate this spot below average on Google.

TLDR, This place is absolutely abysmal, delivery took 3 hours, missing items, food was completely average. I ordered Pizza Doctor on JustEat as they had a promo for £12 off £20 orders. I ordered their Doctor’s Kit Special which came with a CMS pizza, Drip Burger, Chicken Shawarma, Peri Peri Fries along with garlic sauce, their signature sauce and a can each of Coke Zero and Pepsi Max Cherry. I paid £14.08. Delivery is absolutely shocking: it took my food about 3 hours to come and they have no way track to order at all besides calling the restaurant. I had to call them about 3 times as they kept delaying the estimated time, changing the status to “delivered” (when it hadn’t been) and lying about when it would come. Perhaps the only good thing I can say about the service is that the owner was patient and answered his phone on time; he’d explained that JustEat didn’t allow them to accurately select an estimated time of arrival and the driver kept mixing up the locations somehow. Additionally, the food was warm when received. Now, I do not mind long wait times so long as the food is good. However, Pizza Doctor somehow messed my order up so badly I’d go as far to say it was fraudulent. Pizza Doctor has not given me half of my order. It’d be easier to say what I had than what was missing: They had given me my pizza, 2 garlic sauces, 2 Coke Zeros, chips with onion rings, a Doner Wrap and half a slice of Carrot cake. This is absolutely ridiculous to me. I do not mind being given the wrong sauces or drinks or if a couple parts of my order were replaced. I can understand that they didn’t have certain ingredients and that’s something I can look past. However, not only was I not told at all that large parts of my order were replaced, I had also not received my burger (or a substitute at all) but rather a lousy, miserable slice of carrot cake. The slice was missing a chunk from it as if giving me anymore would’ve ruined their business. How did they only manage to make one part of my order correct? I went to go taste the food. If the food was good then I could possibly look past everything but I suppose, at this point, the food would have to cure cancer. The food is completely average. The chips were soggy, onion rings were limp, pizza wasn’t anything special, Doner wrap was just a generic lamb doner stuffed with dry chips and carrot cake was clearly store bought. Now, I wouldn’t usually care about this as food is food and I’m fortunate enough to even be eating. However, it seems like everything that could’ve gone wrong ended up going wrong. I’ve honestly got no words for this place. I tried to get compensation from JustEat but they rejected my claim which is just salt in the wounds. I read some reviews after eating and I only wish I read them sooner. In seems that new management have completely sabotaged the business and the location is inflated by old reviews when the place seemed to be somewhat decent. All in all, this place is horrendous. I will never consider purchasing from here again even with a discount. Genuinely cartoonish levels of incompetence from the management and the food is subpar. Recommend this to my enemies. Awful. Totally wrong order. Parmo delivered covered in jalapeños, Donner instead of chicken kebab 1 can of pepsi 1 can of coke instead of a bottle of coke. Called to request the correct parmo, rude on the phone. Made us return the incorrect one first before waiting 50 minutes for the correct one. Parmo came burnt to a crisp, inedible barley covered in sauce. Food was bad. Kebab was decent. Will not return. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
