We visited on Sunday evening. A family of 4. Service was OK but could be better. I definitely agree with other reviews that the staff are not attentive. The food however was the worst part. The chefs should be called a food assembler or food re-heater! The pizzas may be the only thing fresh. The truffle starter was obviously just put in a turbo chef which resulted in thr crust being soggy. The fries, which there were 6 pieces of!!!! were also just reheated so the coating was soggy. Just a disappointing meal altogether. Dont think we will be returning to further branches if this is the standard of the premium prices charged. Wouldn't mind the peice if the food was good! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely fantastic experience at PizzaExpress! From the moment we arrived, we were looked after so warmly by Alishba and Louise, who were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the whole visit. Their service was exceptional and really made the experience even more enjoyable. A huge compliment as well to Fabio in the kitchen — the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. You can tell there’s real passion behind the food. Overall, an outstanding experience with brilliant service and delicious food. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great meal and amazing hospitality! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
