James and Reece made our experience absolutely wonderful, we came for a friends birthday on a Sunday afternoon, for bottomless bubbles and food! nothing was too much of an ask! and James was an absolute diamond, an made the whole experience a blast we where given a lovely street view window and corner out the way of people just having dinner with there family! All in all it was Lovely meal and lovely atmosphere! I will definitely be back soon! The Caesar salad was to die for, just ask Chloe x Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The prices are ridiculously high for no good reason, and the quality of the food doesn’t match the cost at all. The food tasted old and unclean, like it had been prepared long ago and just reheated. We spent around £50, yet we couldn’t even eat anything because it tasted so bad and unpleasant. The service was also very poor, and they didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Because of this terrible experience, I will never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to try it either. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited PizzaExpress in Reigate and felt compelled to leave a review after receiving truly exceptional service from Sherralee. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome with her warm smile and friendly approach. It’s rare to come across someone who so naturally balances professionalism with personality, but Sherralee did exactly that. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, making sure our drinks were topped up, our food arrived promptly, and that everything was exactly as we wanted it. What really stood out was her attention to detail and the way she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It was clear she takes real pride in her role and cares deeply about her customers’ experience. Sherralee also brought a positive, upbeat energy to the whole restaurant. Even though it was busy, she remained calm, efficient, and cheerful with every table she served. Her attitude turned what would have been a nice meal into a genuinely memorable dining experience. Outstanding service like this deserves recognition. Sherralee is a real asset to the PizzaExpress Reigate team, and we’ll definitely be returning — in no small part thanks to her. Highly recommended.
