Had a great experience at Pizza Express! Danielle provided amazing service, she was friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout. The food came out really quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and enjoyable. Excellent customer service from Danielle made the visit even better. Went to Pizza Express this evening and had a really good experience. Danielle was lovely throughout — friendly, helpful, and checked in on us at the right times. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted great. Overall, the service was smooth and the atmosphere was really nice. I have always loved PizzaExpress and really enjoy their pizzas. We usually visit at least one weekend each month. Today was our first visit after the New Year. The food was still good, as expected. However, the restaurant was unacceptably cold. In winter, a restaurant should ensure a warm and comfortable dining environment for its customers. Guests should not be expected to sit in very cold conditions, especially if heating is limited in order to reduce running costs. We were having lunch with friends and stayed for around two hours. By the end of the meal, we began to feel unwell because of the cold. When I took my daughter upstairs to use the toilet, it was even worse there was no heating at all, and the temperature felt almost the same as outside. This was a very disappointing experience, and it significantly affected our enjoyment of the visit. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to PizzaExpress Rugby until the weather becomes warmer. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
