The chef at this pizzeria cooks tasty pizza. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The prompt service demonstrates a high level of quality at Pizza Factory. The pleasant atmosphere is to be found here. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

We paid $56 for our food which was not worth it. The order showed up almost 30 mins past the time it was supposed to. Fries and wings so soggy we have to recook them ourselves and pizza hardly warm. Very disappointed that we "treated" ourselves to take out it and it isn't worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

Please note This for 92nd an 120th location on the Delta side. Other pizza Factory locations may be better operated...... Placed an order.. went to pick it up.. was not ready. While waiting i read a notice by the front door that this place was closed due to covid case. The notice did not mention any dates so I asked the lady that was making the pizza she replied that she dont know anything. She would not even talk to me properly or even look at me. Than i noticed she was making my pizzas without wearing any gloves or a face mask. At this point i was pissed and cancelled my order and went to another place. Will never go back to this place. No safety no concern, the lady's attitude just sucked. No safety no concern at all. Fraser Health needs to check them out.
