Pizza gogo is normally my go to pizza place, I order 2-3 times a month on average, and always enjoy the food. Last time I ordered, on March 29th, my cookies were forgotten - fine, no problem. I called up the next day and was told they could be included in my next order. Fast forward to today, my next order, I place it over the phone so that uber and just eat don’t get a cut, and mention the cookie mishap from last time. They refuse to give me my cookies, saying I should’ve ordered the same day? Extremely unprofessional and will be the last time I use them. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Received food and the ham on the pizza tasted bad, so I took it all off but only managed a slice as it had put me off (I do feel a little sick). I asked Just Eat for a refund, they didn’t ask for any details and just said it’d be processed, which I was surprised at but I’d rather not pay for something I didn’t eat so didn’t question it... So without any of this information, I received a voicemail from someone at Pizza Go Go accusing me of not being able to afford their food and blocking me from using them again (lol I definitely wouldn’t be). They didn’t ask for any information, or try to rectify it, they just left an abusive message. Really laughable but also very bad form. I’d also argue the performative apologies below don’t quite hack it, clearly there’s an attitude problem somewhere in the management team bolstered by a lack of accountability.
