Extremely Frustrating Experience — Repeated Order Mistakes I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this Pizza Hut location has become extremely frustrating. I actually stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for a long time because of these exact issues. Recently, I was craving the flavours again and decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this location is the closest one to me, and the same problems have happened again. Every time I order the Italian Classic pizza with smoked aged cheddar, they add orange cheddar instead by mistake. This has happened repeatedly, regardless of who is preparing the order. Each time, I have to explain the mistake, hear an apology, and wait another 20 minutes for a remake. Today, I ordered the exact same modified pizza, along with a Super Supreme with pesto sauce. Once again, they added the wrong cheese to the Italian Classic — and they also forgot the pesto on the second pizza. Mistakes can happen, but when the same mistake happens over and over again, it shows a serious lack of attention to customer orders. What is even more concerning is that this is also hurting the business itself. Every incorrect pizza means wasted ingredients, additional food and inventory costs, extra labour, and time spent remaking an order that should have been made correctly the first time. These repeated mistakes are not only frustrating for customers — they are also unnecessarily costing the restaurant money. What makes it even more disappointing is the lack of meaningful service recovery. After repeatedly inconveniencing a customer, there was no gesture to make the situation right — not even an item being refunded or offered as a courtesy. At this point, it is incredibly frustrating to spend money on an order, wait for it, discover it was made incorrectly, and then have to wait another 20 minutes while the restaurant remakes it. Poor attention to orders, poor customer service, and very poor recovery when mistakes are made. Unfortunately, this location is by far the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve had. I gave Pizza Hut another chance because I genuinely missed the food, but unfortunately, this experience has reminded me why I stopped ordering in the first place. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously. Improving order accuracy would not only improve the customer experience, but would also reduce unnecessary food waste, inventory loss, labour costs, and ultimately protect the business’s bottom line. I have to say if no one was ever nice to me when I ordered my Pizza Hut it wouldn’t matter because of how much I enjoy the pizza. HOWEVER; the experience I’ve had in recent with worker Muniza has been exceptional. She is new, I was there on one of her training shifts and since then I’ve seen her blossom like a little flower and take charge and show such competency and stellar customer service. I recently went into the store to place an order and wasn’t sure what the best deal was and she patiently helped me figure out the best way to make my dollar stretch. There was an error with my order and she rectified the situation in ways that I am truly grateful for. She needs to be recognized as someone who is truly doing a great job! Thank you for your patience and great customer service Muniza. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
