The service of this pizza hut is awful. Twice now the order has been wrong. Once the wrong side delivered and tonight the entirely wrong order. The Uber driver they gave the order to was useless when it was delivered. Waited over an hour for the wrong order and then when I tried contacting them I was on hold for over 15 mins and no one answered the phone. Shocking service and they do not care about their customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1

Have placed around £300 worth of orders in 12 months. Tonight the delivered my order with items missing. It took 4 calls to get through on the phone where the manager "Steve" said he could not refund the money for the missing items. Could not have cared less. Charging for good not provided is at best fraud and at worst theft. Do not use this thieving outlet. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall yesterday. My order was the Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast pizza, hot honey breaded chicken strips, and fries. While the delivery arrived on time, I was disappointed to find my order missing the hot honey drizzle on both the pizza and chicken strips, one of the main reasons I ordered this meal, and sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened. After an already hectic and stressful day, this was just the cherry on top. But then I called and spoke to Dylan, and everything changed. From the moment he picked up, he was kind, apologetic, and genuinely empathetic. He truly listened and even added a bit of humour to our chat, especially when we joked about my choice of olives as a topping (apparently not his thing!). Dylan assured me he’d personally remake the pizza with extra hot honey and get it out to me ASAP, and he kept his word. Within 20 minutes, my order arrived with a thoughtful little note: “I hope this makes your day better.” Honestly, it did more than that. In a time where great customer service is rare, Dylan went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll continue ordering from this branch. He deserves recognition! Pizza Hut, please take note.
