Ordered a pizza and a wrap, after an hour of waiting I asked how long will it be as the eta said they “delivered it”, the shop said 5-10 mins, after several 20 mins calls to check in my food eventually came 1hr and half later. The person I spoke to on the phone had no skills in customer service and repeatedly just ignored me when I was speaking to him. Shocking service

*Very disappointing experience* . I arrived at 11:48 PM and asked for two pizzas. The staff told me I could decide the type later, which made it seem like my order would be accepted. But when I asked for two tikka pizzas, he suddenly said they were closed. If they didn’t want to take the order, they should have said so from the beginning instead of wasting my time. This is very unprofessional service. This was my last visit — I will not be coming back again.

The customer service was top-notch, thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful staff, particularly Sharma. From the moment I walked in, Sharma greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I felt welcome. The staff were extremely educated about the menu, offering excellent recommendations and answering all my questions. The pizza, of course, was cooked to perfection – crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings. But what truly sets Pizza Mania apart is the exceptional service.
