I’ve been ordering from Pizza Pizza at 22471 Lougheed Hwy in Maple Ridge about once a week for months now, and it’s consistently hit the spot every single time. The pizza always arrives hot, fresh, and delicious—great crust, generous toppings, and perfect cheese pull. My kids are obsessed with the Cheese Volcano Pizza; it’s hands-down their favorite and disappears in minutes! I love how convenient the online ordering is, and pickup is usually right on time. Sure, once in a while there’s a 5-10 minute wait past the estimated time, but that’s completely understandable when they’re busy serving the whole area—no big deal at all. The only tiny hiccup I’ve had is that some dips occasionally run out of stock, so I end up swapping to another one. It hasn’t been a major issue, though, as the alternatives are still tasty. The food quality more than makes up for it. Staff could add a bit more warmth with basic greetings and thank-yous, but the service gets the job done efficiently. Overall, this location has become our go-to for quick, tasty pizza nights. Highly recommend—solid 5 stars for reliable goodness week after week! I'm so torn writing this because I love pizza pizza food but the service here is ATROCIOUS. I always have to shout when I get in because there's no one watching the door and then when someone pops their head out they yell from the back because of fans, etc back there making it loud for them - and you have to yell back so they can hear the name you're giving them. Those interactions aside, my biggest gripe with them is that they are NEVER on time. I order ahead of time, online with a future pick up time that is usually more than an hour away, and I constantly have to wait between 15-30 minutes when I get there to pick up.
