I ordered here before and had a decent donair and okay wings. The donair was nice and heavy (although improperly wrapped with no wax paper so it leaked and made a mess with the first bite, now that I recall) so I thought I'd call again and order the same, considering a mediocre experience good enough for repeat delivery as opposed to risking a new spot. Unfortunately the phone conversation was very abrupt. I know it gets busy but a bit of friendly service as opposed to -'Pizza time'-. "Hi I ordered a donair and wings last week and would like the same". -'Phone number' (not a question, more of a demand). Stopped it there. Questioned the abruptness and decided I don't want this dude making my meal. Ended the call. Customer service goes a looooooong way. Bemusedly in short supply these days in Canada. Food: 3 Service: 1
