We had a fantastic experience at PizzaExpress, made even better by the excellent customer service from Hannah. She was incredibly attentive from start to finish and took the time to clearly explain the menu to us. When we asked about a promotion and she wasn’t 100% sure, she was honest and went to clarify it straight away, which we really appreciated. This is exactly what you expect from great customer service — honest and efficient. Our food and drink order was taken promptly, and our drinks arrived just minutes after we sat down. The food was typical of PizzaExpress — reliable, and served promptly. Hannah made sure we were well looked after throughout our visit and really helped make the experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning! Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
