They deliver crap constantly and then they won't deliver to your address when you complain. Even the kid delivering the food said that's not right and started laughing. This is the 3rd time this has happened and that's why I always open my deliveries infront of the drivers so they know it wasn't tampered with. I encourage others to do the same. If this is acceptable to you then you guys have some serious problems. The fact that someone saw that and was ok sending it out speaks volume. If they lack quality control, I could only imagine what other things they let slide by if they let something this simple go. FOLLOW UP. YOU GUYS COULD HAVE CONTACTED ME PRIOR TO THIS POST OR BEFORE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE A MINIMUM OF 20 ORDERS WITH YOU GUYS IN THE LAST 10 MONTHS AND ONLY 4 COMPLAINTS DUE TO QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES THAT I HAVE PICTURES OF. YOU GUYS THOUGHT IT WAS STILL BETTER TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT INSTEAD. I EVEN MADE YOUR DRIVER TAKE A PICTURE, AND YOU STILL THOUGHT CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WAS THE BEST OPTION, EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKED LIKE THIS. THIS MEANS YOU DON'T TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. YOUR THOUGHT PROCESS WAS THE CUSTOMER IS COMPLAINING AGAIN INSTEAD OF ASKING WHICH EMPLOYEE MADE THIS AND WHY DID YOU LET THIS GO? I'M NOT REACHING OUT TO THE EMAIL, THAT BOAT HAS SAILED. I'LL BUY CRAPPY PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ALSO CAN'T TRUST YOU GUYS HANDLING MY FOOD AFTER THIS REVIEW AND KNOWING YOU GUYS HAD BEEN BUILDING UP A CASE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. THE THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO MY ORDER DUE TO MY PRIOR COMPLAINTS HAS ME FEELING A BIT SICK. PRETTY CRAZY THAT YOU WOULD CLOSE AN ACCOUNT FOR LESS THAN 20% COMPLAINT RATE AND WHEN THE COMPLAINTS ARE JUSTIFIED. ASK YOUR DRIVER TO POST THE OTHER PICTURE. We used to think Pizzaville had really good pizza. Last night we were wrong about that. Ordered around 9pm. 2 medium pizzas ($52) and they were so bad we couldn’t eat them. Doughy and Bacon undercooked. Just tasted awful. Won’t be back. Too much competition to fail so bad on a pizza.No option to post a pic Food: 1 Service: 4
