After having an excellent meal a family member had an unfortunate medical incident. The staff and manager went above and beyond with their help and assistance. A big thank you from our family for this. ***** Price per person: £70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went a few weeks ago, poor experience overall. Very few dips for the poppadoms, disproportionally small portions of rice compared to the mains, and slow service in spite of the restaurant not being that busy. Additionally, the staff had no record of our booking in spite of us having used the online system to book in advance the day before. But the worst part was the fact that people at a nearby table were extremely loud and disruptive. Several other diners mentioned this but the staff were disinterested, chatting cheerfully with the group and making no attempt to ensure a better atmosphere for other guests. When I enquired about a small discount, the waiter went to ask the manager, who didn’t even bother coming to speak to us, and the waiter brought the bill with no reduction and no regard for our disappointment. I appreciate that other guests’ behaviour is not the fault of the staff, but if they had made a small gesture of goodwill to acknowledge our compromised experience, I likely would have considered returning. Instead, I’m inclined to believe that this restaurant values money over guest satisfaction, reinforced in particular by the manager’s lack of customer service. What a fantastic place to eat in or takeaway. I don't normally do this.but wow these guys can cook. And the hospitality is over the mark. Can't go wrong. I wish I could eat here 3 times a week or more. Very friendly and very clean. Don't miss out, try everything. Not sure what you like. Talk to the staff. Very knowledgeable about what they do and recommendations on your info alway go down well. Highly recommend eating here. Big live to planet spice!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
