Właśnie wróciliśmy z weekendowego pobytu. Minusy: -Z soboty na niedzielę na dole byla bardzo głośna impreza, o północy zadzwoniłem na recepcję ze nie mozna spać i czy mozna przyciszyć. Pan na recepcji w sposób arogancji odpowiedział ze "Nie ja organizowałem ta impreze i nie mogę przyciszyc" zero poszanowania dla innych gości. - W pokoju w szafie znaleźliśmy skarpetki po innych gościach - Szlafroki i ręczniki na basen odpłatnie wypożyczane (śmialiśmy sie że fajnie ze za windę nie trzeba płacić po 5zl za przejzd) Plusy: - Bardzo dobrze i różnorodne śniadania. - Fajne podziemne przejście na basen. Podsumowując przez arogancke zachowanie Pana na recepcji i brak jakiej kolwiek reakcji nie polecam Hotelu. Goście na imprezie i goście w pokojach zapłacili za swoją usługę i powinny byc szanowani.

W pokoju nie dało się uchylić okna, są tylko drzwi balkonowe nie uchylne. Poza tym hotel w porządku, śniadanie przyzwoite, można się najeść. Ogólnie czysto - mogę polecić.

We came for Christmas to this hotel. We paid in advance for the room (the price on the Triverna portal is PLN 1,470 for 3 nights, fortunately we received a discount from the portal), a Lux room, i.e. SUPERIOR according to Platinum Ostróda. After an initial telephone conversation with the hotel, we were informed that it was a superior room and that the appropriate stay conditions would be met. We were surprised that the receptionist said that there would be a standard standard "because now it's Christmas and there is nothing else" and according to the rules of a superior hotel this is a standard!!! In response to our protest that we had paid for a higher standard of room, we were told "it's Christmas now and everything has become more expensive..." In the room: apart from the lack of everything (cosmetics, bathrobes, even a remote control), instead of a double bed, there was a lounger made of two single beds + two heavily used, cheapest mattresses covered with one sheet. No sockets, i.e. one by the bed (or you charge the phone or turn on the lamp), the phone doesn't work - a serious failure (no contact with the reception), the safe doesn't work (the cheapest one and gets stuck), no water (take it in the corridor), dirty kettle, dirty jug, dirty window, tiny TV... No room cleaning for the entire stay! No access to the swimming pool - because it's Christmas, no entertainment. At 5 p.m. dinner is over - go to your room. I reported this mistake called a bed to the reception and I was chased away by an irritated receptionist. It absolutely does not meet the declared 3-star standard, the photos on the website were taken years ago, the equipment and furniture are from several decades ago. Everything as in the Polish People's Republic. Apart from all the minuses, the pluses include a nice dinner, although not much like Christmas dinner, and breakfast, efficient and helpful waitresses. With all due respect, I do not recommend the hotel, they say one thing and do another, they don't care about the guests' wishes. The hotel has its own standards, guests are not entitled to anything. No complaints, no expectations! Not worth the money! Never again. Wasted time... Rooms: 1 Service: 1

We would also like to point out that 90% of the opinions of our guests who used the same offer are much more positive and significantly different from your impressions. These differences show that expectations are subjective, and our hotel tries to adapt to different preferences, while maintaining compliance with the description of the services and standard offered as part of the reservation. We recognize that subjective expectations may vary, but changing opinion in response to our explanations does not provide the full picture. We wish you many wonderful trips to places that will fully meet your expectations and provide unforgettable memories.More
