Kris our waiter was fantastic. As someone with a wheat intollerance the staff were excelllent and very accomodating. I would definitely recomend Price per person: £60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Had an excellent meal tonight at the IHG/ Hilton Manchester Deansgate with their Thursday 3 course for £20 deal. Thank you restaurant team - fantastically good food. Triple cooked chips: great. Chicken & mushroom skewer with rosti: looked amazing. The (local- Holy Grain) bread side with butter ‘custard’ jeez Louise hello! The list goes on the side salad was easy on the eye.. the mille fuellie pretty (pastry a little thick but otherwise great). Oh, and OUTSTANDING service from Tegan tonight - @Hilton hotel managers, please do recognise her as she’s a credit to your restaurant. Super friendly, super on it- quick and effective, not over-bearing, knows the menu. Great to chat with and have a laugh. Bags of personality. Really really impressed. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was delicious and the service was great! If you love cocktails, this was probably the best espresso martini of my life. Only negative is the large projector showing the news in the entrance, it’s a bit off putting in the restaurant as you can see it throughout your meal - however, it’s a hotel at the end of the day so can’t complain too much! Worth a visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
