Booked a table and service was amazing! Didn’t catch the waitress name but the service was 10/10 and made our visit. Our table was facing the kitchen and the food was tasty. Clean plates and full tummy’s

Ate here three times during our stay (one was room service after getting in at 11pm). The staff were lovely despite there being staffing issues one night. The drinks were also good! The food leaves much to be desired. It was all over-sauced and very greasy but under seasoned.

I would have given a lower score only our waitress was brilliant. She is a keeper however...We had dinner starters came out and it was ok. Ordered mains, steak and fries and our son just had fries on its own as he was'nt hungry. Our other son ordered pizza which he did eat but it looked terrible. The fries were as if they had been heated in the microwave stone cold solid on one side of the bowl, while the other side a few were warm on both bowls. We told the other waitress and she brought it up to the staff and 2 sec later she arrived back down readed must been microwaved again because it felt as if that's what they done. The staff in the kitchen were more concerned for joking and messing about, than they are about the quality of food going out. The steak was ordered medium rare, it was cold and not medium rare. It needed cooked longer. The waitress took it back to a smug chef of started laughing and said no it's medium rare. When the waitress brought it back we got them to do it longer. Then the waitress brought it came back with extra chips that was overly done because they had to cook them again and onion rings to cover the meat. We ordered the chicken and there was a bone in it, we didn't complain about that. We actually should have. There was 4 lads in the kitchen and only us in the restaurant. I would look over it, It was a fully packed and bust at that time but it was'nt. ( we arrived when it had just opened). We were given the dessert menu but after eatting our meal we instantly felt sick even now writing this the sickness won't go. When we told the waitress who first took our order about what had happened as she had went on a break she took some money off the bill. I felt as if it ruined the night. We aren't one for complaining and don't normally write reviews but I really had so much high hopes for this place and really wanted to like it. What a dissapointment.
