I bought food here over one year ago, as soon as I went home I realised they overcharged me therefore I sent them an email with pictures of the food and the receipt. They email me back and asked me for more details however after giving them more details they never got back to me despite sending them few emails over the course of few months. I decided not to shop here anymore even though I loved the food. Yesterday I had guest visiting me from abroad and they insisted they wanted to eat food from Pooja. After eating, all of us have started having tummy ache and diarrhoea. So not only the customer service is not helpful, their food quality and safety has also changed. Avoid at all costs, plenty of other places in Tooting to buy from.

I recently visited Pooja Sweets & Savouries, and it was a delightful experience! The sweets here are absolutely delicious — especially the Gulab Jamun, which was perfectly soft, juicy, and full of authentic flavor. They also have a wide variety of other famous sweets that taste just like homemade. A special mention goes to Rihan, who served us with so much kindness and respect. His behaviour was truly admirable — polite, attentive, and always smiling. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, and I felt blessed by his wonderful service. If you’re looking for high-quality sweets and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Pooja Sweets & Savouries!
