Great food Just popped in for a full English breakfast. Very quick service, freshly cooked to order. Decent cup of tea ( hot water & tea bag so no stewed tea that's been brewing for hours). Decent portion sizes to the point I struggled to finish including my toast. Will definitely be going back for breakfast again. We always go to Poppins cafè when we are shopping at the Top of Town in Basingstoke. The service staff are always very friendly and efficient, the food is always well cooked and plentiful. Never had a bad experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid street parking Parking: Poppins is situated in Basingstoke Market Square next to Basingstoke & Deane Museum. There are large carparks a short walk away with level paving for Disabled visitors. Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a lot of Disabled clients. To get to the Disabled Toilet you have to go through a corridor so is not suitable for Mobility Scooters.
