Hi Ben, Thanks for your review and for taking the time to speak to me on the phone. As explained we were running a fully staffed security team on the night however as this incident was over in seconds there was little opportunity for them to intervene. We have provided all relevant CCTV to the police however I appreciate your frustration that they have felt they are unable to investigate any further.
