This was the worst experience of my life. The security guards abused me and treated me like a criminal or terrorist. Even though I had already booked my ticket online, the guards were extremely rude and disrespectful during the security check. One of them said that a single person was not allowed and spoke to me in a humiliating way. I showed my ticket, and after a long argument he finally allowed me inside. Later, while I was sitting inside and drinking a beer, another security guard came and forcefully told me to leave, saying I was not allowed to stay because I was alone and that single people cannot be there. I was shocked and insulted. What kind of rule is this? If single people are not allowed, why are you selling tickets online? I wasn’t even allowed to finish my beer. The way they spoke to me was abusive, disgraceful, and racist. I felt humiliated and disrespected. This place is a complete joke and I strongly advise everyone not to go there.

Ticket prices only £4 AFTER 11pm.. they open at 10pm so if you get there before 11pm it is FREE. No food really. Drinks are okay. Decent, but just a lack of people that's all. Good music. Pop music Price per person: £1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Yesterday Saturday night one of the security guard(beard guy) denied me entry saying solo entry is not allowed. Can you confirm solo entry is not allowed or it’s just security guards taking random decision because that was very rude of them and they should not discriminate entry like this without any reason so please confirm.security guards should be trained to welcome guest and not taking their own decision so please confirm was it management decision for yesterday night??
