service very bad that one worker who has blonde and brown highlights with glasses and full on make up with super red lip. completely ignored me, i was just trying to ask question about my order bc they made a mistake and just wanted to make sure but she ignored me multiple times before that my friend tried asking but she also ignored her. treat ur costumers better even when ur having a bad day!! this happen july 11 around 8:40pm. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a great experience at Potato Corner West Edmonton Mall. The team members who assisted me were friendly, welcoming, and professional. My order was prepared quickly, and the staff made me feel valued as a customer. Also, the food was really good. I know experiences can vary, but during my visit, everyone was polite and provided excellent customer service. The food was fresh and delicious as always. Thank you to the team for the positive experience. I’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The fries tasted really good, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. One of the servers was chewing gum while serving customers and didn’t seem very friendly. I politely asked for napkins, and she placed/slammed them on the display in a way that felt rude. I was not happy with the experience. Happened yesterday afternoon around 3:45pm. I hope they will talked to her about food safety issues. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1
