I recently stayed at this Premier Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The booking process was smooth, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Antony and the manager, Wicky, who were both extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service made a positive difference to our experience. However, I found that the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming compared to what I expected. In addition, the family room size was smaller than anticipated and did not fully meet our expectations. There were also some missing amenities in the room. There was no closed cupboard/wardrobe and no iron provided. Furthermore, the Premier Plus room description and photos on the website showed a coffee machine, but there was no coffee machine in the room we received, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the restaurant was good, and we enjoyed the food and service there. Overall, while there are some areas that need improvement, the outstanding support from Mr. Antony and Wicky, along with the quality of the restaurant, helped make our stay more pleasant. Service: 4
