Had a really great stay at Premier Inn Carlisle Central North hotel – the room was clean, comfy and everything I needed. What made it stand out though was Tracey on front of house. She was so warm, welcoming and genuinely funny, which instantly put me at ease after a long day. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she really went above and beyond. Tracey is a real credit to the team and made the whole experience memorable.
