Had a dreadful experience with this hotel I called for a refund well in advance to cancel a booking several times without reply then eventually reached a very apathetic and frankly discourteous member of staff who refused to issue the amount paid or offer any help despite being well within the cancellation date. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone else there's far better places. Service: 1

Enjoyed our stay. Azra at reception was lovely, friendly and on the ball and made everything feel easy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which is all we wanted. Price felt fair for what you get, and the location worked well for us, handy having Tesco just a few minutes walk away. Service: 5

Renata on Reception was so helpful! I had to move rooms and she came with me to check the new room out. She offered to help me move but I needed to eat first. When I went back to collect the new key, she had her coat on ready to go home. She took her coat off and came to help me She was super happy and helpful, thank you Renata Service: 5
