We enjoyed our stay at this Fleet Premier Inn. The service was very friendly and very helpful, and the air conditioning during this unusually hot spell was fabulous. The breakfasts were fine and the rooms were clean. Especially great was the proximity to the train station which is just a short walk away! A perfect spot to visit family in Fleet and then take the train into London to see the wonderful museums, sites, and shows without paying outrageous hotel costs in London. One of the staff, Loki, was very helpful. Service: 5

During my week-long BMW business trip at Premier Inn Fleet hotel, I had an outstanding stay. The parking facility was convenient and greatly appreciated. The reception and restaurant staff were truly top-notch, and the chef's culinary skills were fantastic. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food served at the hotel was first-class, and the room itself was fabulous. It had all the amenities one would expect, including TV, coffee/tea making facilities and more. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, to the point where it was difficult to get out of it at 7am. ! Moreover, the presence of a garage across the road was a bonus, adding to the convenience. Having stayed at many, this Premier Inn undoubtedly stands out as one of the best in the country. 6 stars out of 5 ! I genuinely enjoyed my time here, and I'd like to express my gratitude to the entire team. Hopefully, I'll have the opportunity to stay at Premier Inn Fleet hotel again one day. While I missed my wife and children during my trip, this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you, everyone !
