Stayed here from Thursday to Saturday for a Longleat break in July. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food at the attached Beefeater was lovely. We stayed on the ground floor and our only small complaint would be the floors are quite creaky. However, our stay was extremely quiet despite this. Service: 4

As expected from Premier - great bed and food. The downside? Its quite a way from the town centre and on a noisy industrial estate. That said we would stay here again.

Myself and family spent 2 nights at the Premier Inn Frome Hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. We planned to visit the Longleat Safari Park, so this hotel was in a perfect location. The area is quite and we had no faults with the hotel itself. It was clean and had everything we required. The staff provided excellent service and always greeted us with a smile every time. One member of staff we saw alot on our stay, called Cara went out of her way to support our family, which I am so so grateful for. I can not fault the hotel at all. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable. We will be returning and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Thank you
